  • I am feeling the results! Today, I put on a freshly washed pair of jeans which I usually dread. They were so much more comfy today! Yay! I also made my mini goals today. If I lose 5lbs a month, I will be at my goal by June! Thats crazy to think! It will be the smallest I have been since MIDDLE SCHOOL!

  • Ahhhhhhh! My boyfriend and I skipped yesterday because we had a friend in town. Boy, was that a bad idea! We both felt worse today than when we started. We were also thinking it was because we had just had dinner about 2 hours before and we were still kinda full. Oh well, we got through another day. :drinker:
  • Yes! We enjoy working out together a lot. It is kind of a team building thing with us. We live together, share a bank account, plan to get married, we are a team already. We just never really had an outlet to cheer each other on and feel better afterwards!
  • I watched this last night. I have never really watched a whole season, but I plan to this time. One man lost a hugely unhealthy amount and beat The Biggest Loser record for most weight loss in a week.
