put the scale away! :wink: i weigh myself once a week (Mondays before I hop in the shower). the scale is just a number. are your clothes fitting different? i have not seen a weight loss (lbs go down) but my clothes are fitting looser. :smile:

I understand! I have not lost any lbs for a couple of weeks. Sigh. I usually have 3 out of the 7 days a week where I go over. :( I am though not giving up! Don't you give up either! The weight loss journey is a long HARD road - but we can do it!!
