I haven't had any days when I have been over yet - but if it wasn't for the exercise I log in, I would definately be over. I say yesterday was yesterday and just focus on today and don't worry about trying to balance out from yesterday.

I would definately focus on the calories until your knee heals. It is VERY hard to get back on the wagon once you are off for awhile. Think though how GOOD you felt when you were on! I have been off and on the wagon so many times, so I totally understand! (HUGS) YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

I'm 5'8". I am working on a goal to lose 35-40lbs. I did it a couple of years ago and let it creep back on. My heaviest I was 220. I vowed I would never hit that again. Please add me as a friend!

I also sit at my desk 8 hrs a day. Sigh I will say I get up and go to the Y 4 mornings a week. No, I really don't like getting up so early, but I know I will get my workout done and feel better...about sitting at a desk all day.
