I’d like to start this too late now so it will be August 3rd. I have been having so much trouble with my hip that I’ve hardly done anything for 6 months, I saw a specialist the other day and what ever he did it seems to feel better, for now. I figure I need to get some exercise in before it starts acting up again.

@AB0215 yes my weight yesterday was 254 When I saw the specialist yesterday he had a physio therapist working with him and I thought he was going to kill me. When the dr left he said he’s going to send me to physio and for a cortisone shot, so I’m hoping to feel better soon

Happy Mew Year, we travelled this past weekend to visit family. Eating is always a big problem for me when I’m not at home, put a tray of goodies out and I will eat, a bowl of chips I eat, and not enough water. I need to check in more often and hope this new year gets everything turned around.
