I don't let anyone take pics of me, my hubby says I will be sorry some day when my kids don't have too many pics of me, but when I looked in the mirror today it almost made me sick, need to really do this

I didn't do very good with the food challenge, eating on the run a lot this week, between my son's hockey and daughters dance, I need to prepare meals in advance so I don't eat so bad, made lasagne tonight so that should be good for a couple of meals but have no clue how to log it.

I have been on Effexor and Wellbutrin for almost 1 year, loss of appetite only lasted 1 week, had to lower dosage of Effexor because lost sex drive completely. I like the WII Fit and I have 2 Biggest Loser and all of the Just Dance and I like it because I sweat and still find it fun, with the Biggest loser ones you can go at you own level and increase as needed. I think anything with a calorie burn is good

I didn't do too well on the exercise part of it, I need to figure out how to print it off or write it down so I don't forget about the exercises, if I see it everyday on the fridge it would be better

I agree with Jillian sometimes you need to be shocked into reality, or you will join the dead person and not be here for the living. I got most of my water in the exercise not so much, I need to figure out how to print it off so I can put on my fridge so I see it everyday and not forget about it

I really need this show to start, got a new puppy this week and I have never had one before so a real learning experience, also turkey day today and I am doing the cooking. Anyway I am up a terrible 4 lbs so will be starting at 230lbs, I feel so horrible about this but my big problem is the worse I feel the more I eat.
