ElleC I actually started doing a monthly challenge on here almost into my second week of 30DS So I know what you're talking about. What I did was I did it the minute I finished 30DS that way I wouldn't have to deal with it later LOL

I have a dial scale as well and my husband and I despise it! We have to constantly adjust the dial until we get 2-3 weights that are the same in a row. We'd love to get a better one but have to wait. Make sure you're drinking plenty of water, and try to get in plenty of FRESH fruits and veggies. Also look through your diary and see what you've done differently. It could be food or lack of/too much of calorie intake. Just a thought.

Wheatgrass... I know it sounds awful but I always feel amazing afterwards. Especially if this if followed my a all fruit smoothie. Plenty of water as well!

All this talk of coffee makes me want to go brew me a cup. I started out liking my coffee vary tame. Not so strong and lots of extra creamer and sugar. Now I've gotten to the point where I like the richer bolder coffees with still lots of cream and sugar but I use sugar free fat free stuff with sweeteners :)

I'm finally down to 10 pounds lost and I feel great. My daughter is looking to start school next week. It's only 2 hours for 2 days a week but its something for her. I'm really excited about it.
