double Insanity workouts from the first month I was able to handle but double workouts from month 2 was very tough! I did it a few times only. Good Luck!!

I use Jay Robb's Egg White Protein. The idea of it being egg whites was appealing to me & it tastes great. It's a little pricier than other protein powders I've seen but eh. It's fairly new so I haven't seen many people taking it. Oh, and I just take it when I wake up (:

Cheap....Anyhoo, I'm coming up on week 2! I love it so far! I'm sore everywhere! I've done Insanity twice & I can do the max workouts now without taking breaks but I've been having to take breaks 3 mins in to T25 ! Woooo :drinker:
