I play The Biggest Loser alot on my wii, i find their excercises quite hard work, some i cant do as i have a lower leg injury but it deffiniatly helps me excercise parts of my body i can!

Thanks every one for your help! Today ive had a much better day at work. I havent snacked bad things, had some celery sticks and a tomato when i was feeling hungry. Eaten decent breakfast and lunch so i wont need to eat again untill i have dinner at home!

I went out last night but knew i was going out to have a few drinks so i ate rather sensibly during the day and did some excercise in order to have calories left for the few drinks i was going to have. Thats the best thing that works for me if i know i'm going to be a little on the naughty side.
