  • If you're finding 30 day shred too easy you should try doing level 2 and see if you find it more of an intense workout. 30 day shred gives really quick results and def works on your ab and thigh definition - don't know anyone who hasn't seen results with it! Also, make sure you use hand weights!
  • Try just one day of fasting. Eat about 500 calories of clean food (veg, fruit, whole wheats, etc) and drink plenty of water and green tea (although green tea is only 1 calorie a cup make sure it's within your 500 cal limit) You will be peeing out the toxins all day!

  • sounds like you don't need to lose any weight - just exercise to turn fat into muscle and tone up instead. this kind of process can take months. if you lost any weight you'd probably be losing lean body mass as well which u dont wanna do!
