I am falling behind and fast! I have been so busy at work and struggling with blood sugar problems so the last thing I want to do when I get home is workout. Going to the doctor tomorrow to hopefully get some answers and get back on track.

So I am two days behind now... I was traveling to family events all weekend and didn't get around to the workout Saturday or Sunday. I think my body may have actually needed the break though. Back at it tomorrow! Hope everyone had a Happy Easter!

Day 4 down! Only 26 more to go! Definitely feel like the workout is getting a little easier each day, but I know Level 2 will be a killer!

Done with day 3! My legs were tired today, but today's workout seemed to go faster. Love it! 27 days to go!

Completed Day 1! And thanks to this group for the motivation! I had ever intention of coming home and laying on the couch... but I felt guilty. So glad that I gave into this guilt today; day 1 is always the hardest!

Thursday: 30 minutes of circuit training

Wednesday: 15 minutes of swift walking and about 2 hours of bowling! Different kind of "workout" but definitely fun!

I got in 30 minutes of cardio circuit training tonight. I have worked out 4 days in a row which doesn't sound like a big deal, but I had only worked out 3 days in all of 2011 before this. Thanks for the motivation!

I got in 30 minutes of circuit training this morning before work. Not as much as I would have liked, but a better start this week than last!

Just did day 1 today through my cable's OnDemand. Trying to decide if it is worth the money. Have any of you had success with it?

10 Cups Water 30 Minutes Cardio: 15 minutes short, but it is a start. Under calories Bonus: I am just trying to become more health conscious about food and exercise. I have finally reached the point in the last year where I can't eat anything and everything anymore, so this is a big change. Thanks for all the support!
