I usually can be counted on for 8-12 pounds each time...it's great to see the scale when that (and hopefully more!) jumps off, but it's HORRIBLE to see it jump ON overnight!!

Having had both hamsters and chipmunks for pets, I can tell you that when you outwork your hamsters you can safely move up to chipmunks. They run much faster and have much sweeter dispositions.

I don't DISLIKE the plank moves...but I will say, I think that level 1 was harder for me than level 2 is, but I seem to work up more of a sweat doing level 2 if that makes any sense!

I have a thing for Jif Creamy. That's why I thought I'd try this stuff and see what I thought. It doesn't replace it for me, but I think it is a lower calorie alternative for those days packing a "real" lunch would take too long!

Me too. I find I'm not only extra-thirsty DURING the workout, but all day long before and after. I guess that's good-- must be my body needs it! Someone on one of the boards here told me that was because your body needs extra water and retains it to help rebuild muscles and I'm sure we're all building muscles on this…
