I find this works for me too. Some days I eat less when I wait until I get to work to eat something. I am a teacher so I am also limited to what I can eat. Couldn't agree more!!! I am 5'5 1/2 and 164. I can wear a 10 comfortably (New York & Co. dress pants), but the legs are getting baggy. I have a size 10 jean from there too that fit good, but I also have a pair of 10 skinny ones and they always fall off my butt.

I will continue to track and exercise as much as I can (it isn't much though since the winter has hit and a 1 year old is always at my feet). I plateaued for a bit and found that I had to actually eat more calories. I did the whole zigzag method (google it) and I think it helped. I am by no means an expert though. Good luck! It definitely is frustrating!

I drink the fat free cocoa mix. It's not something to eat, but it curbs me from eating a lot of calories in sweets. I drink a cup at night and throw on some fat free whipped topping. You don't have to eat breakfast food for breakfast. Sometimes if I am not "feeling" the typical breakfast foods, I will make a sandwich with lunchmeat or PB&J. You could really eat anything for breakfast. It's just making sure you eat something in the morning and not waiting until lunch. :-) Good luck!
