this. I am worse than a 14-year-old boy when it comes to flexing in the mirror. as soon as I started seeing new and deeper cuts, I was hooked.

moving in spite of the pain. not letting it stop me from strenuous physical activity. this is NOT a blanket recommendation I make for anyone else. In my case, the pain is chronic, most likely CNS in origin and NOT indicative of any tissue problems or other systemic issues. and exercise mollifies it. weight has never been…

+1 Lots of NA here in Montana; my Bestie is N. Cheyenne and has adopted me as her "little sister". that is part of the Indian way. patchouli is not, as far as I know. have been to a few powwows out here (no sweats, tho =().

when I started, I began walking 10min/day with constant fibromyalgia pain in my R hip. I almost gave up because I thought the pain would only get worse. I was totally wrong. the more I worked it, the less my hip bothered me. when walking wasn't doing it for me anymore, I started jogging--just like you, 1 min jog--1 min…

WTF--is that the cousin of "naturally skinny"?? as a 'naturally skinny', formerly sedentary twig of a girl, I started with weenie muscles and hated using them. as day by day I grow more beastly, using them is undeniably getting to be more fun. ...and as for the I feel when i'm 'boarding: I love that ish. Ever been afraid…

no. skateboarding is the most fun I can have, and it's a decent workout. and you are doing it wrong. don't worry about finding an 'exercise' that you like. just find something you like to do that makes you sweat. and do that. you will never be able to stop looking because there are a bazillion things to do on this planet.…
