I traveled 400 miles today (10 hours due to stops, construction delays and a detour). I feel great. This morning I almost bought a bag of mini donuts (in hand, making their way to the register😳) but I put them back when I saw the sandwiches and fruit. Not a stellar day but am under on calories.
