  • I'll be starting week 1 - day 1 tomorrow. i'll be doin the hal higdon 5k training program. I did this program last year and really got into running, then the last 3 to 4 months i've REALLY been slacking off on exercise completely! horrible. so i thought this would be a great way to get back into it. good luck to everyone!
