You can scope my diary, and I'll add You as a friend...I have a ton of pics featuring raw vegan meal ideas. :) I have been delving into this world for quite a while now...I think I can help answer any specific questions you may have! Whew...This made me feel really sad. He is definitely In a bad place..and does not want to see you in a better place. I'd venture to guess, he's scared you're gonna cut and run at some point. Maybe when you graduate, etc...and if he doesn't make some attempt to change, YOU SHOULD RUN. FAST. FAR. He sounds as if he has NO…

Hurom Juicer. Vitamix blender. Excalibur Dehydrator. Omega food Processor. Kitchenaid immersion blender. Henckels knives. Good cutting board. Mason jars... Love my lemon juicer, and mango splitter as well. It's hard to pick a favourite, I could go on...and on...and on...lol BUT, those are some of my absolute favourites…

Frozen fruit, splash of liquid...perhaps even some of that "shake" powder or protein supplement if you so choose, blend, drink. 60 seconds? I'd have to say, it takes about as long to whip up a smoothie...as it does to make a shake. Not really much difference! :)

That sounds about right...does sooooooo not surprise me. Ugh.

:) Adding You now!! We could all use lots of support!

Didn't the guy who started Herbalife...die of heart failure? ;) Hearsay...don't quote me on that...

I did the whole Herbalife thing years ago in my 20's for about 7 months. I did lose 30 pounds, and enjoyed the shakes and powdered tea at the time. BUT...at this point in life, with the knowledge I've acquired, a healthy whole food breakfast or lunch would be advisable. That crap costs too much anyway...:) Make a BIG…

Smoothies are good...juicing is better. :) Apparently, the moment we aerate food in a blender, it begins to lose it's integrity and nutrition. I do love smoothies, but I juice most every morning albeit a day or two. If you don't have a juicer...there are tons of great smoothie recipes everywhere online. There is a website,…

Unfortunately I think some people get "scared" when they see their partner getting healthy, smaller..."sexier"...the new strength, willpower...dedication that has grown. Perhaps he's self conscious about your relationship....and the changes that will come if you are successful in achieving your goals. Perhaps he thinks you…

Mmmm...season and bake them...make them crunchy little gems. Put them on top of a green salad...season,simmer and curry them...or use the food processor, garlic, lemon juice salt and pepper, olive or coconut oil if you choose...voila! HUMMUS!! Very versatile. :)
