Should I expect to see no change on the scales while doing this? I worked out my TDEE on various sites ranging from 2900-3100 so ill average it at 3000 so if I eat 2700 is that too much?

So what's best way to go? Bulk and cut? Eat over TDEE for how long?and do you lift during the bulk, then carry on the lifting but eat -20% TDEE?

Yeh good point, I would happily stay at this weight but be lean, but to do that surely I would need to bulk and cut?

I don't believe you can get as lean as I want to be at 160lbs else I would happily stay at 160lbs

Ok, before I dropped my cals I decided to carry on with it around 2560 for another week, I have now started to see the scale move, but in the wrong direction? I've put on 2lbs over this week! Where do I go from here? Have I reset my metabolism and need to drop down to 2200 or am I gaining muscle?

I switched from semi to skimmed when I started my diet but now I've upped my cals I might try whole milk as I agree skimmed is white wash lol

Out of interest mate, how can you tell if your lactose intolerant? I bloat after milk and get quite, lets say,gassy and they are usually BAD lol ask my misses! I have milk with my porridge/cereal only!

Thanks guys, diary wise I eat, yoghurt (Greek) skimmed milk, occasional cheese, cottage cheese,eggs and butter! And do bloat very easy! But I eat these for the protein! Ill try another week or 2 and see how I get on!
