Hi all, I'm Pernille Louise, from Denmark, 26 yrs old, nursing student. 100% on board for this challenge, gonna be hard with a lot of birthdays coming up (including my husband), but I'll manage ;-)

I'm in nursing school, currently at an internship at the hospital so I have to leave at 6:30-6:40 to get there. I'll workout in late in the afternoon/early evening (before 19:00) and I've decided to ride my bike at least twice a week to the hospital instead of the bus.

Some bruises here as well, have this huge one on my right overarm... my biggest problem is that I seem to get a new injury with each new lvl. Yay another water bottle girl :-) Started out the same way, working my way up... Some exercises I use 5-6lbs and for others I use 3lbs, depending a lot on the exercise. On lvl 1 I was on the 5-6lbs but on lvl 2 I'm afraid I'm down to the 3lbs - arms feel like they are falling off.

there's an app on google https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.calories.burned.calculator&hl=e&rdid=com.calories.burned.calculator where you can find the 30day shred, you type in your current wait and it will tell you how many calories you've burned. then you just plot it in as a new exercise on mfp ;-)

Just finished Day 1 of Level 2, sweating like a *** but loving it. Not as hard on the knees as level 1, might go for one round of level 2 today.

We have something in Denmark, actually it comes from Iceland, called Skyr, which is kinda like quark, it is very high in protein, low in fat, and you can mix it with fruit or buy it with fruit.
