I know this is hard, but don't fret it too much. You are breastfeeding and that messes up water weight in a big way. You really should take your measurement and make sure you are weighing in after feeding your little one and in the same clothes. I did get a new scale about a month after I started here and what I did was…

I would suggest changing your activity level to active and not add back exercise calories. Even though you are using a HRM for those, your body still reacts differently to exercise, than those of us who are not instructors. Because of this you may not be eating enough or eating too much. I would try that for a week or two…

I did the same thing. I was able to run the 5k, but it took me almost 45 min.

I think it is rediculous that they have different charges for the same proceedure depending on which insurance you. They can also go back years and do audits and correct an error in their favor and send you a bill. I think they should list their prices for everyone to see like they do at my chiropractor. They should be the…

I have had that happen for four days straight. I would get excited thinking I would wiegh less the next moring and nope. For four days I wieghed exactly the same. I thought my scale was broke or something, then I dropped like 3 lbs.

I think you need to have a heart to heart with him while he is your fiance and not your husband. Everyone goes through body transformations throughout life. What would happen if you got breast cancer in 20 years and had to have them removed. Do you really want what he thinks about your appearance to be your worry? I know…

Next time your brother accuses you of being a picky eater, accuse him of being a lazy host. My dad was a vegetarian for a little while. I had him over for Thanksgiving dinner. I cooked the same as usual and made one extra vegetarian casserole for him. It gave all my guest something new to try without taking away…

Amazing progress. Thanks for sharing. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for sharing. It does help for those people who are soooo close to their goal weight. You have made excellent points. 11 lb on a 113 lb frame is almost 10% of your body weight. I think no matter what size you are, 10% body weight is a big difference. That is why it is usually peoples first big goal. Keep up the good…

It is agaist the forum rule to post anything political, religous or promoting any network marketing products. It really is a rule. If you read through the forum policies. That post was closed by a moderator. The thing is if the people who didn't like it had let it go it wouldn't have had like 4 pages of responses before it…

Great progress!!!!

I can't stand it when someone makes an inocent post, about something that is just of differing opinions than the majority, and everyone keeps posting replys to it. All it does is keep bringing it to the top of the forum instead of letting it go. There was a post about someone looking for other Christian females to support…

That's so nice. I'm glad he can see the efforts of all your labor even though the evil scale isn't showing it yet. Best wishes and congrats on the wedding.

Good job.. Congrats on quitting smoking too. I know some people are afraid to do that when trying to lose weight. I am a former smoker too. I hope you feel pride in your successes so far. You have earned it!!!

It doesn't sound like you are doing anything wrong. You have lost 7 lbs since mid sept. That looks like an average of 1lb a week. It has been about 7 weeks since mid sept. You need to keep doing what you are doing and be patient.
