I am the exact same way. I wish I looked half as good at 162 as you you did. My belly is forever ruined. When I see pictures of other people at the same weight as me it really upsets me that my body can't look that good.

You can probably google it but there is a book you will have to buy, or check out from the library if they have it.

We always buy turkey bacon. If you want a "real" bacon flavor, I would choose center cut bacon as it has the lowest calories.

I started teh Visalus challenge on Saturday. It is not a life committment. It's a 90 day program designed to help you lose weight. You don't have "just" 2 shakes and 1 meal a day. I add in 2 snacks a day so that I can get my calories in for the day.
