I have heard that a few times too. Other times I think to myself, my co-workers must really think I'm a pig because I eat all the time and they never eat (probably part of the reason they can't lose weight, but that's a whole nother story).

I wear a HRM for the most accurate reading but you can log it as circuit training general and it should be close to the same amount.

I've been at it for a week and a half and haven't seen any results yet. I took some "before" pictures so hopefully when the time comes for the 30 day pictures, I will notice a difference.

It feels great when others notice. Yes, it is hard to see a difference when you see yourself in the mirror on a daily basis.

If someone said that to me, I think I would have to punch them in the nose. Some people just have no filter between their brain and mouth!

I used to wear a bodybugg to class and I would burn anywhere between 350-700 calories depending on the routine we did. Your best bet is to wear a bodybugg or HRM since everyone burns differently. If you don't want to/can't buy one of those 2, I would suggest using the aerobic dance option.

I started last week but I would still like to join you because I think it's going to take me longer than 30 days to see the results. I haven't lost a single pound on the scale.

This is just what I needed. I have been back at it for 2 weeks now and not a movement on the scale. It can be so frustrating and unmotivating when you work so hard and don't get the results you want.

Don't give up yet. It will get better. I just started level 2 yesterday and I am the same way. It gets a little easier everyday. I shouldn't say the word "easy" though becasue it never gets easy and that's why it is such a short, intense workout. It's to get your body into shape quickly instead of spending hours at the gym.

A friend of mine owns a fitness studio. We are starting a challenge October 1st. Each of us throw in $10 to start and she finds other people and places in town to donate to the pot, whether it be gift certificates, prizes or money. We do 90 days and the top 5 at the end win prizes.
