Yes, do to medical reason's walking is my only option really for exercise. I walk on average 3 to 4 miles every walk which equals out to be between 9 and 12 miles a week. I walk at a very brisk pace. It will be ok, I have lost half my body wieght and have a little inner theigh and a "belly skirt" but in clothes you can not tell at all, Even in a two piece suit (i get the long top with the high waist bottoms) you can only see a bit on my legs. I have some experience here. The best option is divide what is needed done daily, weekly, and monthly into an organized list or a spreadsheet. On same list put down a rough estimated time it takes to do each chore. From there look at availability time to execute the chores. DO NOT forget to put in personal time or baby…
