Hey all! I'm 5'5 3/4" ;) and about 149lbs. I'm aiming to be between 127-132. Today will be the 7th day of level 1 of the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. It's a butt kicker, but I felt a significant difference in my endurance yesterday! Is anyone else doing this? Add me too, if you would like!
