I am in...... I tried to the 5000 a week and that was a little to much. I was averaging 3500 to 4000 so this one is way more attainable for me! Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

OMG!! The plank jumping jacks crack me up.... first of all I my shirt starts to "ride up" and my daughter is like, "ummmm mom your shirt" so then I have to tuck it in like a total nerd!! LMAO then when you get to bouncin around, it is a firm reminder of why I need to lose weight as all my fat jiggles around. I always laugh…
