You're doing great! Keep weighing and logging, and if you don't feel comfortable eating back all your exercise calories, use half for treats/ weekends (remembering to log them of course!. If you like dance then see if you can find a Zumba class near you. Even more fun IMHO is Clubbercise - dance-based routines in the dark…

Well done, you look amazing!

I always wear dark leggings (black mostly) but I wear flesh coloured undies rather than black. Have been behind people wearing patterned undies and its not good! Also people wearing "fashion" rather than exercise leggings with white undies in a clubbercise class, and the UV light giving them a nice blazing white bottom!

Not really. It might suppress your appetite by making you feel full up, and you can count it towards your water intake. But sadly it has no magic properties. :'( :'(

If you are doing anything very active you might want to get a support belt - I tap-danced up to 31 week with my first but used a support belt from about 26 weeks. Try not to stress too much about calories, it will come off easily after (don't forget you lose baby, placenta and lots of liquid when giving birth), plus…

I'm heavier than you but I put on 3lb on holiday last year eating 2,400-2,800 (greedy me!). it took a lot longer than 2 weeks to get it off, of course!

When I got new wine glasses I put one on the scale and measured out 150ml, so I know where to pour. I have to make sure hubby doesn't pour as his measures are closer to 175ml which knocks everything out!

I have more at dinner time, just a small sandwich and fruit for lunch (plus fruit and a cereal bar as a snack). If you have a whole hour for lunch why not go for a walk for part of it and have something mid-afternoon with the calories you've earned.

I eat back all or most of my exercise calories - if not on that day then over the week - and have had no problem losing and maintaining. The trick, as with logging food, is to be honest with yourself and not over-estimate how much effort you have put in. So I rarely log "aerobics - vigorous effort" because even energetic…

As a 5'6" woman I lose weight on 1500 calories, which would suggest it is way too low for a man. As above, up to 2000 calories and maybe tweak your macros. Also, rather than using the scale use the tape measure - but you will need to be strategic as you are also trying to increase muscle. As I worked out more once I'd…

My husband shaves his regularly in the summer, deodorant works better for longer plus you get less hot to start with. He is now nagging our sons to do it but they are unconvinced so far (although one commutes into London every day so is starting to think it might be a good idea). In the winter not such an issue, depends…

As others have said logging is key - and log BEFORE you eat them. That is often enough for me to put something back and select something else. Just because you don't log doesn't mean it hasn't happened, so make sure you do weigh and log everything - even if someone just passes round a box of chocolates, one choc can be 50…

Definitely if you've ordered something and its not delicious, don't waste the calories - desserts can often be really disappointing if they are just mass-market frozen ones with one slice defrosted for you! Same if your chips (fries) are soggy, or get cold because you are chatting, then leave them. Another advocate of the…

Do your clothes fit the same? Are they suddenly tight round the waist? If so, it could be water weight (are you taking a rest day?) or TOTM bloating. Or you could have stomach muscles for the first time! Or you could be pregnant - the waist is the first to go! You're a bit young for middle aged spread

I think it depends on the weather - if its very hot, or everyone has wet coats, I see no problem in moving seats. equally if someone is taking up more than their space, I don't see why I should be squashed out of politeness! To be honest, most times commuting I'm stuck in a book so don't really notice. If someone moves to…

Can you buy cookies that come wrapped in small packets? My sister buys cookies from Costco that are in packs of two - they are luxury biscuits (like you get in a good hotel - high calorie but delicious!) but she puts the box on a high shelf so if she wants them she has to get her step stool out, get up (you get the idea!).…

That's a great start. Make sure you don't lose too quickly or you'll end up with saggy skin! I know it comes off quickest at the start but you don't want to lose more than 2lb a week max - if its coming off too fast up your calories a bit.
-
As long as it fits within your calories and you're not cutting out sensible stuff (meat, veg, fruit etc) to make space for it then its not a problem. I do make sure I log it all though - even on holiday, I still log it. (I go over my calories but I know where they've come from!) Keep measuring and logging, and you'll be…

Eat back your exercise calories or, if that scares you, eat back half of them. You can also set to lose more slowly. If you find the weight is coming off quickly due to your activity you can always give yourself another 100 cals a day. When I was down to my last 14lb to lose I calculated calories using TDI and actually…

Because sometimes the weight goes up *inexplicably* and it freaks people out :D

Are you weighing every piece of food? If not then you cannot accurately count your calories, especially things like pasta and rice which are more or less impossible to eyeball. Have you also measured yourself with a tape measure? what are your goals set to lose - 1lb a week? In which case you should have lost 4-5lb, but…

If you have a DVD you do regularly, make yourself a playlist of the songs on it and do the workout from memory. I find if a song comes on the radio at work that is part of a routine I have great trouble sitting still! Certainly don't run/walk outside as it probably wouldn't be safe (also the terrain might be more uneven…

I've found doing plenty of walking on holiday really helps - I actually lost 1/2 inch of my thighs last holiday even though I was over my (maintenance) cals most days. If you are somewhere with nice fruit, can you treat yourself to some expensive fruit to eat while the kids are eating biscuits and cakes?

Cumin always makes me sick - literally. Have you had cumin since?

It has to be part of your lifestyle, you're not breaking an old habit, you're making new good habits. I now have a habit of logging all food and exercise on MFP, of going to zumba and clubbercise classes, of doing a short workout most mornings (so at least I've done something!). These habits I have now stuck to for over 4…

See a doctor. As others have said, if you've ben logging show a copy of your food diary. Two weeks of random squits are not normal. However, if you've suddenly incorporated a lot of fruit, veg and fibre to your diet where previously you had virtually none then no wonder your gastric tract is confused! I developed a problem…

I find I can maintain on 1800 calories but I have to be honest and keep logging everything. I also log and eat back all of my exercise calories. Last year I put on a few lbs on an all-inclusive vacation, but this year I actually maintained despite being quite naughty as we did a lot of walking (and I didn't necessarily log…

With semi-skimmed its only 14 calories per cup - or that's what I log anyway (no sugar or sweetener).

Not being stretched a huge help! My first was via normal birth 7lb 12oz and huge stretch marks, second delivered C-section at 38 weeks 6lb 8oz. Also, today I think they encourage you to move more and exercise earlier after the birth - when I had number 2 (now nearly 18) it was "no lifting, driving or pushing the pram for 6…
