Same body type here as well! At one time,I weighed 140 and was very happy with how I looked.......I think the numbers they have for us are too low for our body types :).BTW,at 140,I could wear a 10 easily and an 8 was wearable,but snug.

This is a lower carb. diet.....I would suggest you join one of the low carb. groups to get the support you need.........you don't have to be extremely low carb. to get support there. Hood Calorie Countdown is a low-carb milk......I find it at Wal-Mart......has 2 or 3g.of net carbs.....sweetened with Splenda.They make a chocolate version as well.....but it's hard to find.
