You're not doing yourself any favors by not filling in your diary. Don't make it public if you're embarrassed, but if you're not honest it's not going to help. You probably weren't eating enough before, trying to eat "clean." Nothing is wrong.

I buy breasts or tenders (depending on what's on sale) and cut them into 150g hunks and freeze. Delicious blank food canvas containing 35g protein, about 25% of my day in one go.

wow. women do not shut off 1 week out of the month. unless you have a specific medical condition that requires medication preventing you from exertion or physical activity, why would you stop working out or eating correctly? good lord.

why not just eat a reese's cup? one cup is 105 calories, a 2 cup package is 210. no mess, no cleanup, no nonsense. just eat the chocolate and get it over with?

C25K is 9 weeks for most versions. In 6 weeks, i'd want to lose 15 pounds, do the 30 day wall-sit challenge that's pinned to my pinterest, and work up to 5 days a week in the gym from 3.

Just enjoy the day with your friends and start tracking again on Sunday. Wait a few extra days before your next weigh-in (depending on when you do them) to allow for any sodium induced water weight to disappear. You're overthinking and stressing.

just got done with 40 minutes of cardio in the hotel fitness center and i've been keeping up with my plank and squat challenges.
