Welcome! I know you will be able to do this. Just follow your plan and remember to get your exercise in and not go over your calories. Make sure you eat your fruits and veggies also lots, and lots of watter. Good luck!

Hello ladies, You all did GR8! I on the other hand me not so good. Las week I lost 0lbs which left me at 243.8lbs I only lost 7.2lbs I was so close. and did not reach my goal of 10lbs :sad: :grumble: I was 2.8lbs away:explode: However I am proud of the 7.2 lbs I lost and I know what I did wrong. Hi everyone! hope your having a good weekend. I'm so happy. When I started this challenge I was at 260lbs and now I'm 243.8lbs THAT'S A LOSS OF 16.2LBS!!! WOO HOO!! I'm gonna make it and i'm sure it will be before April!

Was feeling a bit down today, but I managed to get in 20minutes of exercise :) I stated this challange at 251lbs I'm now down to 245 that's a 6lbs loss!!

I used to do it every two weeks every friday but changed it to only once a week every friday morningl The only reason I did this is because if I slip up I can see it and get back on track before any mmore damage is done.
