Awesome!!! I plan to start 30DS after my 5K on April 20! I don't want to injure myself before then...haha!

Yay! I'm not the only one!!! I only run at about 5mph - any faster and I would be killing myself! I guess we just gotta keep it up and maybe our speed will improve the longer we run? Maybe our bodies just need to get into the groove...ha!

Ran another 2.78 miles today doing a repeat of C25K W6D3. Still need to get that 25-minute run - I had to slow to a walk after just 15 measly minutes!

Ran the route for my upcoming 5K today! Finished it in 45:30! I have 4 weeks from today to improve my time :D

2.42 miles for C25K W6D2 today (10 min run, 3 min walk, 10 min run, with 5 minute warm-up and cool-down). Next is the start of the 25-minute runs!

Wow...what a huge difference! I've been hearing a lot of good things about this program. I don't want to kill myself before my 5K on April 20, so if I decide to try it, I'll have to wait 'til May.

Congratulations!!! I did Summer Sanders's Prenatal Workout DVD when I was pregnant. There are 30-minute workouts for each trimester. It involves a lot of lunges and stuff like that, and they use a resistance band a lot, so you'll need to get one of those. Since Summer is an Olympic Gold Medalist, I knew it would be good!…

3/1 - 167.2 3/8 - 165.8 (lowest this week was 165.2) 3/15 - 3/22 - 3/29 - If I were at 165.2 this morning, I would've been right on track. I'm still very happy with my progress, though! I've lost 13 lbs since Jan 1!!!

I get the chocolate crunch meal bars made by Life Choice. They're 160 calories, 10g of protein, and 6g of fiber. Thing is, they have 16g of sugar. They taste great, though!
