Inspired. After reading Hugh's bio, he makes me feel like I have no right to complain about anything. If he can push on with the physical challenges he has then I have no right to complain about minor thing I got going on. Thanks for the inspiration.

It was something that my trainer told me two years ago and I carry it in my heart and my head every single day. "Believing is easy. Believing in yourself takes real courage. Stay Encouraged!!!". Once I started believing in myself and the vision that I had for my life, the determination and knowledge just seemed to follow.

Here is what gets me back on track.... I just remember that it takes 3500 calories over maintenance level to gain 1 pound. So, if in those 2 days you consumed 7000 calories over your maintenance, the worst that could happen is you gain 2 lbs (anything above that is just water weight).
