Thank you for all the great tips and websites. Just a quick note, I don't just have coffee for breakfast, as I said I just lump juice in for lunch but drink it throughout the entire day starting in the morning.

Actually, there IS a correct way to calculate calories when juicing, it has something to do with subtracting fiber and whatnot that is lost when juicing. I just haven't gotten around to figuring it all out yet. Not defensive. You told me I had a "problem" so I responded.

Oops on the BMR/TDEE part! I'm new to the whole TDEE concept. If you're living off juice for 7 days, it does "detox" or "flush" put a lot of toxins eaten in overly processed foods. Plus, eating all the fruit and vegetables in the juice plan in one day would be way too hard to consume without juicing it first.

I agree with this. Plateau's happen, BTW! I plateaued for 3 weeks twice in the last 6 months. It's all part of your body adjusting to your new diet. Stop with the pills!!! Sweet potatoes aren't forbidden on Paleo. You can put sweet potato mash on this instead of the cauliflower mash, but the cauliflower saves you a few calories.

Yup! Watched Vegucated thinking it was a movie about juicing and can't stand to consume any animal products anymore. My boyfriend is still Paleo though! He loves his bacon and eggs!

Thanks for the feedback! With everyone's answers, I think now I'm leaning toward P90X instead! I tend to get bored with the same thing over and over (I can't even run on a treadmill without being bored in 5 minutes!) hahaha BTW, you look great!
