  • Mine is SLOW. But I know why - I am not doing the work. I am recommitting a new start date August 1 with my husband. I am going to do 20 minutes of intentional exercise 20 minutes a day 5 days a week, doing McDougall's maximum weight loss diet. I am really excited about it, as my husband has agreed to do 30 days with me.

  • Well, I have made a concentrated effort to stick closer to FFL this month and since the 3rd, I am down 12.2 pounds. So, I am thinking, DUH! Do what I know how to do and see results, maybe?   • From over 400 lbs, When I do a video, I have to modify just about everything. I half time march, skip the turns, and do what I can even if it is marching while they do whatevers. I agree with moran that you can figure out the target muscle group then find something you can do at the same time. Keep going!

  • I swear by flashcaredmachine.com I have the app on my droid and I can study everywhere. Look in the database there are tons of AP cards already made, and I know I have put a lot of A&P stuff in there. I am doing my LPN to RN bridge online and am almost finished with A&P as well.
