Well they do have Wii hula hoop on there....you could possibly go off of that? At least you're trying to remember! I'm learning from scratch. :blushing: I'm sure you'll bring all the humor in the world to your watching neighbors as well.

Hmm I'll give up the sweets, everything besides fruit of course. :) Hopefully I have the willpower, because I pretty much have a mouthful of sweet teeth.

I would love to continue this challenge, especially since I did not meet my goal. :/ I'm fine with starting either fresh or from the original starting weight, I suppose whatever the majority is? I hadn't realized this, but DDR (dance dance revolution) is really intense depending on how high you set difficulty/or speed of beats. The Just Dance series is just as fun too. I did the same as well! I've been putting it with 1/2 of oatmeal and then putting into the fridge overnight. Once you take it out in the morning, it's really nice and creamy. When I can't think of anything to do with it, I just put a scoop of my chocolate protein powder into it.

I love Planet Fitness also. :) I try to do most of the strength machines first, then the elliptical and treadmill for 10-30 minutes or the 30 minute circuit.
