I agree it's pretty close but if you want to know if it's right for your personally the best way would be to purchase a HRM.
-
I would love to try yours....here is what I made for lunch Thomas's Whole Wheat Bagel Thin 1 babybel light, sliced 85g of imitation crab sprayed the pan with Pam and squished with a lid to make it like a Panini.....OMG I will do that again!

hopefully it is one you can losen, mine has that feature. and no...you have to wear it in the middle as that is where it gets your Heart Rate from. Hope that helps.

one benefit to working from home most days....elastic jammie pants....if I had to dress up with work clothes and nylons, etc with belts, I fear I'd be writing this post myself. hee hee.

I am having surgery on May 25th so that is my cut-off, I am hoping to lose the water weight I have gained from my second to last TOM and 9 more by then. I'll be your friend.

the bag says 10 min for firm 20 for smoother, maybe try 10 min on the stove that is. Haven't tried in slow cooker. Try adding some kind of sweetener to it, honey, splenda, whatever your choice. I love mine!

yep agreed.....you have to enter your height and weight, etc then it goes by your Heart Rate so I would take the HRM's number over the other two and yes when I bought mine my eyes were opened too to the fact of what I was really burning, now I don't leave home without it.
-

two people won't be the same....I fear you will need to wait for answers on both until you have your HRM, I suggest the Polar FT4 which I have and loooove. good luck to you.
-
I have several....my next one is 9.7 away which would sit me at 215 lbs by May 25th. I haven't seen that weight in almost 18 years. I am having a partial hysterectomy that day so I have set that as a goal by that time. I WILL REACH IT!!!!
-
hey I see you lost your other chin along the way, nice job! hee hee. :drinker:
-
have you been looking in my fridge....lol, I have everyone of the items you mentioned in there right now.
-
ask your dr but I think the standard is you can do just about anything you were when you found out, like if you always run, you can still run while pregnant but you shouldn't take up anything physical like that if you didn't do it already. but please check with your dr first.
-
or you could have made one sugar free!
