sometimes i like "Mary's Gone Crackers" or Sensible Portions Salt and Pepper Straws as a snack with a lowfat yogurt dip or hummus. Costco had a mild jalapeno greek yogurt dip that was tasty. Also guacamole instead of ranch or you could make a low cal spinach dip that would be great hot or cold.

I have the Polar FT4- payed about $50 and loving it so far! I did quite a bit of researching reading reviews and it seemed like the best for the price (didn't want to pay much more than that)

seriously, they are expensive! but conveniently close for me, there are some things they carry that I love that other places don't (and a GREAT beer selection), but when I can, I try to hit up Sprouts instead.

the healthiest choice would be to stick with just the sashimi- the proteins alone instead of the rolls which can have a lot of rice and sauces, but even then, if you can one roll, it wouldn't be too bad. I like the spicy tuna and salmon a lot. sushi can be filling but it's also easy to eat a lot of it.
