I Really love a Monte Cristo from Bennigans.... turkey and ham with Swiss cheese and Cheddar cheese covered in dough deep friend and covered with powdered sugar with raspberry jam *drooling* I must figure out how to make this Gluten free and maybe ill let the processed meat and cheese slide lol

It can be very stressful starting over make a motivation wall in your house somewhere, that you will see everyday . Log on here every day talk to people! Ill add you and try to help you on your way.

Ive never smoked and I think I shop when im really stressed out, or I drive somewhere to get away, I cant say i have one habbit to help relieve it maybe yelling but Im really trying not to yell....

A chocolate pie made with tofu is great ive never used it out side of smoothies or pies, but i have some to try just to afraid....

I am 510 and when started I was 218 Im down to 179 and one of my friends thought when i started i was 190 and im 150/160 now.. she could of just been nice but since we are taller we give off different appearances...

I count it But If I clean the whole house 3/4 hours including the floors and small stuff I still only track it as an hour of cleaning...

Replace one meal a day with A Juice thats what my husband does It really helps

See if they will let you use a stability ball to sit on instead of a chair... It is work to stay on those all day long and you can do some sit down exercises with it.?? Or if your watching Tv at home do some stretching?

Just remember Its not what you eat some of the time It is what you eat most of the time. Don't feel bad if you have that candy bar or fast food Because if your not eating them everyday they will not hurt you. Don't beat your self up over it and those people who are so Crazy about it and you should feel guilty need to live…

If you have to do quick and easy you can always try the healthier version of things they eat instead of Kraft mac n cheese try back to nature or annies.... back to nature also makes a good snack line, and instead of fruit snacks try annies or other Real fruit snacks. can always make your own fruit leather and let the kids…
