I do add mine if I am doing HEAVY cleaning..(running vac and moping) but not for just picking up after the kids or hubby..I also add cooking if I am standing and cooking and cleaning 45 min or longer..(I do have mine set on sedentary)

I cook just about EVERYTHING in it.....I Love mine:)
