Thanks for the website, that's a great reference tool! I just want to add my input though that this will not be 100% accurate for everybody. I put in my information and it says I burn 200 more calories in an hour than what my HRM says I burn. I trust my HRM more so just a warning to everybody not to take this information…

I currently use Crest 3d white toothpaste and it works great! I also use an at-home bleaching kit from my dentist though and get amazing results with that. Kind of pricey though

I stop mine after my workout's cool-down and by then my heart rate is usually back to normal. If it's not then I still stop it and those extra ones are just a bonus!

For future reference try to freeze them after you open them. Then just take one or two out at a time to use. I would separate them with wax paper first though! I say if they look and smell OK I bet they're fine.

I typically burn about 600 calories in an hour long class and we are moving NON-STOP. It is very upbeat and we are constantly shaking it!! One of my pet peeves is just the idea of personal space. I completely agree. I know I failed before at losing weight because I didn't want it enough. I tried but all I really did was add exercise. I didn't watch my food. Pasta is bad if you eat the whole box but 1 serving of whole wheat pasta at 200 cals for 2 ounces isn't what I consider a high-calorie food.
