I think it depends on the person and/or workout. I usually go for a 45 min walk around 10pm and find that it doesn't really affect my sleep much. However when I do laps at the Olympic pool in the evenings (between 9pm-11pm) I fall asleep much faster.

Yesterday was that day for me. I went about 1300 calories over. Was active all week and today all I could do was eat and sleep! Tomorrow's another day...will get back on track.

As a child, whenever my mom made tongue, tripe or liver I would go to bed starving. I can't stand the texture and/or smell of any of them. When she cooked tripe I would actually have to leave the house the smell bothered me so much.

It's different for everyone. I noticed in the past when I lost 19 lbs I went from a size 12 to a size 8 (so about 6+ lbs for each dress size). I tend to lose inches faster than pounds.
