Great job! What an inspiration you are!

I, for one, do not think you were being negative at all. Very honest - sure I come on here for support - but not judgement. And because I have seen quite a bit of judging, I am hesitant at what I post.

Great job! You look "mahvelous" !

ME! ME! ME! I'm 48 and my journey has just begun. Add me for support if you would like!

Great information! I had been trying to understand it as well.

Sure - add me - it is open to my friends!

I feel like such a wuss - I did six days of level and quit - my upper body strength is zilch (ok - maybe not zilch - but not good). But after everything I have read - I need to suck it up and get back to it! Add me if you would like!

You such an inspiration. I did six days of Level 1 and quit - need to get back on it after seeing your results! Congrats!

Hi! I joined almost four weeks ago - but I made my lifestyle change December 7. I have lost 22 pounds thus far and have between 60-70 to go. Feel free to add me! We can support each other!

I watch shows/movies on Netflix with my tablet.

Mine is open, I always estimate high on my food and low on my exercise (if I don't get exact). Feel free to add me!

I chose my goal weight by how I feel and look at that goal weight.

Hi! I started my journey in December - have quite a bite to lose - but I WILL do it. Feel free to add me - we will support each other on our journey!

I started on Jan 28 also - day three behind me this morning. This is hard as heck and Jillian is just MEAN (in a good way I guess)! I don't think I would survive the Biggest Loser, but I like the way she pushes you! I am still not able to do the entire thing to 100%, but I do see a difference from Day 1 to Day 3 (today).…

I have the program, hand weights and mat - just have to get the courage to start (which includes the courage to take those measurements!)

Mine was getting winded at the simplest of things - such as showering.

The biggest argument (if you want to call it that) is "I thought you were dieting, you can't have that." I try to tell them, if you tell yourself you can't have something, you are going to have it or die, and probably over indulge with it at that. I know I can have everything in moderation, as long as I plan for it. I…

I'm almost 48 and have another 55 pounds to lose - total of 75. Anyone feel free to add me. We will support each other through our journeys!

I weigh once a week and it is Friday morning.
-
Oh this scares me so bad! But I am going to start it no later than one week from now! Y'all inspire me!

Hi! I'm Kathy and I live in Euharlee, Georgia. I am soon to be 48 and my goal is to lose 65-75 lbs. I am large frames so I will decide when I get closer on how I feel and look. I have two sons, 27 and 24. They are my rays of sunshine. I was a divorced mother with no help from the father. I stayed single for over 16 years…

I definitely do. I drink so much water, I should bleed water.

Welcome! Just remember, you are not on this journey alone! Lean on everyone here - I agree with small goals (makes it more reasonable - for me, if my main goal is my total loss wanted, I would feel like that is unattainable - even though I now it isn't), so 10% is my first goal as well.

You are doing what you feel is best for you, that is all that matters. As far as exercise, you can do that without ever stepping into a "gym". You keep doing what you are doing - you got this!
-
How do I stay strong? That is the only choice I have.
-
First - you are not alone! We are all here for you. Giving into a temptation once in awhile is not failure. Going over on your calories occationally is not failure. Not being able to make it to the gym today is not failure. Slipping into old habits for a day or two is not failure. As long as you are trying you have not…

Look at my diary - I log them every day! Lots of them! Add me if you would like!
