I was surprised at myself when I last went to the grocery store. I had filled my buggy over half full with fresh fruits and vegetables. I was quite impressed!

I will be 50 in a little over two years. I want to be at goal, having maintained it for a while and full of energy. I am well on my way! I know it!

I think you should be very proud of yourself! I am proud for you! I have been using an elliptical for about two weeks and just discovered last night I need to up the ante - I was not as winded or sweating as much as I had been. It was an ah ha moment for me!

I have two sons, 27 and 24 (who are my rays of sunshine), In 2006 I gained (the good kind of gain) one bonus son, 30, and one bonus daughter, 29. Love them all!

I DID take a before picture (actually had my husband do it. Explained to him, it isn't pleasant, but very necessary.). As horrid as it is to look at (I keep it on my cell phone), I am looking forward to seeing the after! Will post both when I reach goal!
