That is a great NSV! I have lost over 50 pounds and my rings haven't really loosened up at all! They must have been choking my finger and I didn't realize it :-) ! Could you purchase those little things that snap on there until you get to goal?

I have been using the elliptical since January, and I have found the HRM to be the safest way to count. My experience is MFP and my elliptical always estimate way higher!

The magic "pill" is sweat and intensity!

I have done Weight Watchers in the past, even working for them. I use what I know from that and apply it using MFP for the accountability and support, making sure I get all my fruits, veggies, water and exercise in and go from there.
