Things like wheat and corn can easitly be genetically modified..this is my main reason for trying to stay away from them. Sugar is my next thing I need to focus on and nip that habit in the bud.

I also use the flavored creamer (Hersheys chocolate caramel = ] ) I just can't seem to give it up. But I figured out if you only use 1 tbsp and a tiny bit of sugar or sweetner, it tastes the same as using 2 tbsp. This way you can cut out half of the calories. I hope to eventually cut out using sugar/sweetner in it.
