I've never had boobs..always have been a B..only moved up to a C because my pregnancy and breastfeeding. As soon as I stopped and started working out..no more boobs. You just have to get into that mind frame that boobs are boobs...if they get smaller because that's whats supposed to be healthy for your body than so be it.…

Maybe if you don't feel comfortable doing something like 30 day shred with him..do other things like bike riding or walking together. When I was with my ex..I loved biking with him...but when it came to other ways of working out (jogging, weight lifting, p90x etc.) I couldn't do it. Just a personal thing I guess. Still…

You just need to make sure it says on the carton that it is "not genetically modified"..if it does not have this on there..you're better off drinking regular skim milk. Soy milk can easily be genetically modified. Also you must watch how much sugar is in each serving. These are the reasons I just drink skim milk.

5 pounds is totally normal..I didn't lose anything my first week, then on my second weigh in I lost 5 pounds.

Nope. The first time I weighed in and hadn't lost a single pound in a week I told myself I'm only going to weigh in every two weeks. You're not going to see a dramatic loss in one day (unless you're really sick or something) so what's the point? Even if you lose or gain like half a pound..it could be water weight.

Yeah, I still have to do "knee pushups"..they arn't bad at all..but as soon as I try to do a "normal" pushup I feel like dieing lol. Guess it just takes practice

I read somewhere that if you're 5'3, your ideal weight should be 121-130...or something like that.. but I'm NOT naturally petite at all so I'm going with 135-140ish

I weigh every two weeks now..one week just doesn't cut it. 3 pounds could easily be water retention.
