^^ Absolutely agree..I am a nursing student so this all makes perfect sense = ] I also find that if I don't eat and then do a vigorous workout..like my 30 day shred..I feel like puking lol so even if you get a little something on your stomach, it's better than nothing.

I have the green coffee bean extract pills here at the house..been skeptical in using them though. They are "supposed" to help with your metabolism. Think I'm just gonna stick to all natural way of doing things though.

Yup, make sure you're moving along with eating the fruits and veggies. I would try that first before putting any kind of meds into your system

Egg sandwich! My fav. Use one piece of bread, cut it in half, toast it, use a tiny bit of butter/margerine on it. I love that feeling!!! If I can "feel" lighter and lose inches, then screw the scale lol. I mostly feel like that after I exercise and drink a lot of water and stay away from "bad" carbs.

I eat the whole egg..was usually eating eggs for lunch and now might start eating them in them in the morning. I feel it's probably better to eat protein than anything else like cereal or toast.

I saw a diet like this on Dr. Oz, it really is a great way for people to truly find out what is "bothering" their systems. I think most people find that it is gluten or dairy. I do agree with getting rid of the sugar though..processed sugar is just no good for the body or weight loss

I agree. You need to be consistant with the calorie intake you're supposed to have. I know sometimes it can seem like a lot, but eat small meals throughout the day (healthy ones) and it will add up.
