I eat out a good bit because it fits in my daily lifestyle..i just plan ahead before I go out and buy it and make sure it fits. There are some good choices you can make eating out. Everyone is not on the same health plan and can make different choices.

i agree with the others that posted responses..sorry I didnt see before I posted my questions. Try to preplan some meals and add things that will up the calories. It should help him do it the healthy way. Make things ahead of time and fix them up in little containers or bags for when he is on the go. :) good luck!

Why is he trying to gain weight? Is this for a medical reason? I am assuming you still are asking for meals and snacks that will be healthy for him to gain. It comes down to his calorie intake.

I just want to say congratulations!! You are incorporating healthy meals and fruits and vegetables along with this from what you are saying so I think in your mind you have the right tools to make this work. If anything it may give you some motivation and as time goes you can slowly incorporate more changes into your diet.…

Mine is 350 with cheese...before using MFP i seriously did not get the calorie count right for my subs. I pulled up website and put in everything I include on my sub and it calculated all of the calories and nutrition information for me and I printed it out and entered it into MFP. Now I dont worry when I go there because…
