  • Check the sodium! When I went there with my coworkers I just ended up eating a house salad because it wasn't worth it to me to take in all that sodium. But...if you are going to treat yourself, which is definitely deserved once in a while, just make sure you check the sodium as well as the calories. Have fun!
  • Nope just stay under your calorie goal for the day and you will still lose weight. Plus, your body needs some time to recover! Remember that weight loss is way more about what you eat than working out...so this is not going to hurt you. Just keep paying attention to your calories and make sure you are getting your calories…
