My bike always tells me something super low but it doesn't take into consideration weight. I've used inputted the variables into multiple calculators on the web and they always come up with avg what MFP has so I would go with that.

The scale I got from Brylane Home goes up to about 525 I think and it was $60.

I'm on facebook.. and have a lot of my employees on my friends list. I'm not too worried about it though. I don't really talk down about people or things, especially my job.

Officially: Weekly Monday Mornings, no clothes, straight out of bed. Unofficially: Everytime I'm within a 50 feet radius of a scale. Clothes, no clothes, doesn't matter.

I avoided the donuts this morning by trying to make sure everyone else got one until there were none left. We had an italian potluck this afternoon though which I did partake. I took small portions and more salad then anything else.

I think everyone in the office understands getting stiff while working so I don't think anyone would look at you funny if you do the neckroll and arm circles at your desk. I know I do.

I dislike the term diet in general but a 14 year old SHOULD NEVER (unless there are any medical issues) go on a diet. She should learn a healthy lifestyle. Haven't read the book but that's my initial feedback

I'm feeling super hungry too... and I have to pee a lot (increasing my water by 400%) but I know if I just give it a couple of weeks, my body will adjust to the shock it's going through and soon the unlimited amount of calorie thing will make me sooo full.
