I started level 1 last week and plan on taking my time fore switching to the next level. the 30 days will probably turn into 60 for me lol.

I've been doing ripped in 30 for about a week now. I am taking my time before moving on to the next level so I will probably be doing this for about 2 months. I've done 30ds before and liked it ok. I had good results so I am hoping ripped in 30 will be the same. Good luck to you!
