Well I would agree with you on that Steve. It is quite doable. I actually did the plan and run 4 miles a day several days a week... BUT I have a friend who tried the program and really just could NOT do it yet. She wants to get started but she wants an easier plan.

Well, your workout plan seems reasonable enough but your weight loss goal is ridiculous. A good goal is measurable but it is also reasonable. Any more than 2 lbs a week is not reasonable. So basically you want to lose about 3x the healthy amount per week for 6 weeks. That is NOT okay for your body. Please be realistic. It…

I was here at this race!! Good for you! You may have noticed me because they put us embarrassingly at the very front of the race and recorded our take off with the girl from Biggest Loser. We had red shirts with our weight loss in sparkly numbers on the back!

Been trying to get pregnant for 4 years. Took a new medication this month, and I'm pretty sure it didn't work... all that money and time for nothing... On top of that I found out that a friend was pregnant. Super happy/Super jealous.
